Uboot_mkimage

This is a bugfix of the orginal mkimage port by Kjetil Hvalstrand. The original
didn't work properly and would leave a blank header because some file-to-disk
memory routines didn't flush the memory back to disk before freeing it. This fix
includes the work around so mkimage functions properly on OS4. And also uses an
updated source tree with makefile included. Original instructions by Kjetil

A quick recompile/port of mkImage used to create boot images for UBOOT, 
ported by Kjetil Hvalstrand (NutsAboutAmiga/LiveForIt)

Note: I have not made any big changes to the code, and I have not really tested
it properly.

All you need to make a boot image is:

1. Working Linux kernel for AmigaOne.
2. Ramdisk image found on LinuxPPC distribution like Debian or Yellow-Dog.
