Ib_wallpaper

This Arexx script makes it possible to right click on an image in IBrowse and
use the image as a WB background, utilizing the FAB Menus and some trickery. It
uses some of the new WBPattern arguments introduced in OS4, and hence it won't
work on OS 3.x
It's tested with OS4 Final and IBrowse 2.4 but should also work with 2.3 and
possibly earlier versions.

Now also includes a script for people who have disabled the browser cache.

Note: I notice that AWeb also save the url in the comment field of its cache
files, so in theory it should also work with AWeb.
