Dawafire.blanker v1.1 (12-Jan-2015) rolsen

- Added AutoInstall file.

- Added new debug system.

- Chaned all Depreched function to new once.

- Hook's are now allocated with AllocSysObject().

- GUI Libraries are now opened with OpenClass().

- Library pointers are now put into libBase to make the blanker pure
  ie no more global pointers.

- Gadget IDs now start at BLANKERMODULE_GADGET_STARTID.

- Cybergraphics needed values are now included in the source, so
  now you don't need to hunt down the include file.

- Fixed all signed and unsigned warnings.
