Included are navigation buttons & transfer animations for both Ibrowse &
Aweb.

The last version was broken!  Main issue fixed was the transparent background in
the IBrowse toolbar & the number of frames in the IBrowse animation.  Also made
changes to the Aweb toolbar & added an alternate version for people without a
PNG datatype (or for those that use AfA).
