[Show comments] [Show snapshots] [Show videos] [Show content] [Show crashlogs] Jump 'n Blob is a colorful run and jump platform game ported to the Dreamcast by its creators, the game was to be the first of three released by 2D Retroperspectives with two more announced and still in development. The Story The Island of Malis is in grave danger! The infamous Beast King and his army of monsters try to invade the peaceful homeland of the blobs, in order to reign over the whole Island. Those small, kind creatures are to be enslaved and most of them are unable to oppose their tormentors. However, if YOU take the role of Blob, one will rise to defend their freedom. Jump 'n Blob was the the first game created by 2D Retroperspectives, three demos of the game were released for GP2X between 2009 and 2010, a Dreamcast port of the third demo was released and development was completed with a final release of the game in 2011. The CD Image available above features the final version of Jump 'n Blob with the soundtrack as CDDA (Compact Disc Digital Audio), all other CD Images available are the original versions and were not created by DC Evolution.
