v1.01 : just remove draggable bar in window mode (to make game looks better).

That is port of very nice by gfx, sound, music and playability game from
Assembly 04 GameDev compo done by Niklas Wahrman  for pure DirectX/Win32, and
later, ported to OpenGL by Martin Storsjo, what make possible to do port of that
game to Aos4.  A few changes in code was done for make it works on our OpenGL
implementation, but they all not visibly for gamer, and game play absolutly the
same as it was 5 years ago when it was done. 

Window mode and full screen modes support also.
