-Updated to SDLPoP 1.23: config.h lighting.c main.c options.c seg006.c seg009.c
                         (search for __amigaos4__ or SDL_SwapLE#?)
-Enabled in stb_vorbis.c STB_VORBIS_NO_PUSHDATA_API and STB_VORBIS_NO_STDIO
-Added STB_VORBIS_NO_PUSHDATA_API and STB_VORBIS_NO_STDIO defines in
makefile.amigaos instead of changing them in std_vorbis.c
