Release Notes -  Version 1.4

This version has been updated to provide a few more commands for the E-UAE-SDL
WIP program. This includes:

Additional processor support (note that the UAE-WIP currently shows 68040 when
68060 is selected. It accepts the
68060 parameter...not sure if it actually emulates 68060.

New joystick support - now provides the parameters to permit the joystick to be
used as a joystick! Note - since I
do not yet have a joystick for my AmigaOne, please let me know if this works
correctly!

Picasso 96 graphics modes - when selected, will cause the gfx_fullscreen_picasso
AND the gfxcard_size=8
parameters to be run.
