The supported languages are currently English, Dutch, French, German,
Greek, Italian, Polish, Russian and Spanish.
  OS4.1FEu1 or later, AISS (Amiga Image Storage System), the AmigaOS
Enhancer Software Core and OpenURL are recommended but not required.

  wa: tr: now uses white foreground colour for visibility when using
   built-in starfield.
  cd2650: now adjusts character set when necessary eg. for dos.
  cd2650: fixed: subwindows were closed and not reopened when changing
   dos.
  incorporated Anthony's latest Greek translation.
  now always uses $ prefix for hex numbers in pseudocode.
