dsk2nib

convert Apple2 DSK disk image to NIB disk image

This program is useful for Apple 2 emulators that accept only NIB files (MIST
Apple 2 core for example)

Usage : 
	dsk2nib <DSK file> [NIB file]


	"dsk2nib Conan.dsk" will produce Conan.nib file
