OS4 native AHI driver for M-Audio Delta 44, 66 and 1010 LT and
Terratec Phase 88 cards. Delta 66 support is untested, but at least
the analogue part should work.
Please always use the HiFi stereo++ modes.

NOTE: this is not a driver for Envy24HT cards!
