Static build of libcairo 1.8.4 and libpixman-1 0.12.0 as used by OWB 2.15.

WARNING: Since no shared objects are included, support for the amiga bitmap
surfaces of the AmigaOS 4.1 port of Cairo isn't included and it was configured
with several options disabled you shouldn't use these versions, use the ones
which will be included in the next AmigaOS SDK instead.
