I'm not a DefIcons expert, but if you have customized DefIcons installation compared to a standard OS4 installation, it might require some tweaking.
You can start a new topic at the JAmiga support forum on amigans.net. Its easier to maintain a thread there, and others might help.

If you weren't able to install previously (before 2014-01-05), it might be due to spaces in partition name or drawer. This should now be fixed.
Remember to run AmiUpdate after installation!
