For me (on peg2/aos4.1), when i run it i just have black screen and nothink more. Window or fullscreen versions does not matter, the same black screen for the i think 30 or 40 seconds. Then after that big time it's started. show big FPS count (like 1400 or kind), and then fps count freezes, game not works at all. But i can move the window, etc. Then after 30-40 seconds again, it's start to works fine.

here when i try to make it as big as i can it goes outside of the area and i get a ' cairo is unhappy' message.

Does this happen on other OS's too ?

Nice and simple game! Cute, actually. The windowed version is allright here, but the fullscreen version, eh, ahem...

But just like grafx2, abuse, netsurf and some others: it creates a screen called 'Nameless' and has a resolution of 640 x 480 which is black, except for the near bottom wher a white line appears and below that a finely checkered whitish band slowly fades in and then out again in some 5 to 6 seconds.
