[Show comments] [Show snapshots] [Show videos] [Show content] [Show crashlogs] It's a very strange feeling to update a demo 13 years after it's release. It's also a very stranger feeling to watch it again, as it was no more working since maybe 10 years. Well. Not much to say about it, it's a very bad demo, done in a couple of days. Effects were already outdated on release date. But it's still the Worlds First Os4 Scene Demo, and it will be forever. BTW don't take the benchmark at the end too seriously. Some parts of the demo, like the credits, are rendered at many thousands fps, making the average grow. But you can still try to beat this result with some real hardware: :-) WinUAE i7-2700k () 4.8 Ghz: 160.49 fps :-) Group: Universe Code: Crisot Graphics: MainSpawn Sound: MainSpawn 3D: Crisot Release date: August 2004 Released at: Slash Party 2004 Competition: Combined Demo Party ranking: 1 Release note (2017): -Stupid bug fixed -Now uses a bit less memory (38 MB) -Stupid bug fixed -Stupid bug fixed -Pre-decode the whole music if you have enough memory (32 MB more) -Stupid bug fixed -Now support all 16 bits mode, on any graphic hardware. -Stupid bug fixed -Stupid bug fixed -And oh, I found some bugs, and fixed them.
