RayRace Realtime Raytracing Engine demo for AmigaOS4

This is the OS4 port of my Realtime Raytracer engine which were used in this
small intro: http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=2557

The engine were made in 100% PPC assembly and highly optimized for PPC603e
processors.
