VTX Plugin for TuneNet.

Information:
 - Gives Tunenet the capability through Libayemu to play vtx files.
 - It emulates the AY/YM sound chip as used in the Sinclair ZX Spectrum
128Kb(AY8912).

Installation:
 - Drag the plugin into the TuneNet plugin directory.
 - Restart TuneNet.
Supports:
 - Detection and Playback of local files.
