Information:
 - Gives Tunenet the capability to play TTA (True Audio files).
 - 8bit and 16bit files supported.

Installation:
 - Drag the plugin into the TuneNet plugin directory.
 - Restart TuneNet.
Supports:
 - Detection and Playback of local files(see above).
 - Seeking
