Musepack Plugin for TuneNet.

Information:
 - Gives Tunenet the capability to play Musepack(.mpc) songs.
    - Uses the latest libmpcdec 1.2.4 ported by myself.

Installation:
 - Drag the plugin into the TuneNet plugin directory.
 - Restart TuneNet.
Supports:
 - Detection and Playback of local files.
    - Seeking.
